Our kitchen is inspired by the island of Fyn, Denmark’s kitchen garden, with inspiration from the French. We work with the seasons as a guide to obtain the freshest and most delicious results on the plate.
The fresher and closer by, the better: fish fresh from Svendborg Sound or lamb, pig, and game directly from the best local farms. We like to be down-to-earth with added playfulness, creativity, and a touch of the extraordinary.
