Enjoy an evening in the company of Danish celebrity chef Claus Holm, who recreates food and memories from where it all began.
Thursday, 20th October at 6 pm, we travel three decades back in time and hand over the reins of the Stella Maris kitchen team to Claus.
Together with our in-house chefs, Claus will recreate a 5-course menu, with wine, from the time when it all started for him: A time without hesitation, without compromise, and only a focus on the next dish.
During the evening, Claus will be flanked by his former student, Lui Jensen who, for several years in the late 90s, worked closely with him at the prestigious Restaurant Gaasen.
Together they will share anecdotes, and reflections and try to describe how resistance has forged their strong friendship.
It will be wild, intimate, fun, thoughtful – and damn tasty.
